How to book

Book at least 48 hours before your pickup time by calling 80008000 or by email.

Receive a confirmation SMS at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.

Be ready at the pickup location; the driver waits 15 minutes (from home) or 45 minutes (from the airport).

Enjoy your ride to or from the airport, and carry your eligible IMTIAZ card for verification if requested.

Eligibility	The service is exclusively for the IMTIAZ Mastercard VIP Primary Cardholder with an account in good standing. Supplementary and corporate cardholders are not eligible.
Service entitlement	The service is provided subject to availability and fair usage, and is limited to transfers to and from Bahrain International Airport only.
Booking and cancellation	Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance, and cancellations or amendments made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
No-show policy	A no-show counts as one used service from the annual entitlement, and three (3) or more no-shows may result in suspension of the service or permanent exclusion.
Baggage	Each trip allows a maximum of 4 passengers and 4 large luggage pieces, with non-standard items declared at the time of booking.
Expiry	Unused transfers expire 12 months from the eligibility date or last renewal, and cannot be carried over.
