Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company BSC (BCFC) Group delivered another year of solid performance in 2025, demonstrating the tangible outcomes of our strategic transformation from 2023 to 2025.
I am pleased to report that the Group achieved a net profit of BD 5.1 million with a robust financial position and total equity rising to BD 107.3 million, and a healthy leverage ratio of 1.02 multiples - underscoring the Group's disciplined approach to financial position management. In recognition of these results the Board has recommended a cash dividend of 17 fils per share for shareholders' approval at the Ordinary General Meeting.
Through a unified vision, we cascaded our strategy across the organisation, ensuring that every employee clearly understood their role in driving our collective success. As a result, we concluded the cycle with significantly stronger operational performance across all Group subsidiaries, a more streamlined product portfolio, the establishment of Sahel as our digital brand, an enhanced credit card suite, and impactful partnerships that expanded our financing solutions.
Our dedication to diversity and empowerment is reflected in our leadership team, with women now representing more than 40% of executive management - positioning BCFC as a leader in female leadership representation within the financial services sector.
The year 2025 marks the successful conclusion of BCFC's 2023–2025 strategic cycle - a proud and dynamic journey that has reshaped BCFC. Guided by three overarching goals: sustainability, competitiveness, and financial inclusion.
