This Cookie Policy explains how Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company BSC ("BCFC", "the Company", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on this website, what we use them for, and how you can control them.
We handle any personal data collected through cookies in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Bahrain (PDPL), Law No. 30 of 2018. This policy sits alongside our Privacy Guidelines, which describe how we handle personal data more generally.

4. Your choices

7. How long cookies last
Session cookies are deleted as soon as you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay on your device for a set period, or until you delete them, so the site can recognise you on a later visit. Your recorded cookie consent is a persistent cookie with a 12-month lifetime.
8. Your rights under the PDPL
In relation to personal data we process, including data collected through cookies, you have the right to be informed about the processing, to access your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to object to processing for direct marketing, to withdraw consent where processing is based on it, and to complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
