IMTIAZ loyalty program is a rewards program that allows cardholders to earn points for eligible transactions, which can be redeemed for Cashback, Gulf Air miles, Etihad Guest Miles, Qatar Airways Privilege Club (Avios), Shukran points, Jawaher points from Batelco by Beyon, donation to Royal Humanitarian Foundation or Zakat and Sadaqat Fund.

You are automatically enrolled in the loyalty program once you receive your IMTIAZ credit card.
Points

You can earn points by using your credit card for eligible transactions. The number of points you earn varies by card and transaction type. For example, you may earn more points for using your card for international transactions or at particular retailers.

You can track your points balance the Sahel app or by logging in to the website.

Your points are issued monthly once your statement is generated and will be credited to your account within five (5) working days of the statement date.
Redemption

Points can be redeemed for multiple programs via the Sahel app or by logging in to the website.

The minimum redemption points are 1,000 points.

All programmes/rewards redemption will be reflected on your account instantly. Except Qatar Airways Privilege Club (Avios) may take up to 24 hours to reflect on your account.
Cashback

The redemption rate is 0.7% per point.
Policy

No, you cannot transfer your points to another person or account.

Your points are valid for 24 months from the date they are issued. After 24 months, your points will expire.

If you have any questions about your points, please call 80008000.
Account

If you closed your credit card account, you will be no longer eligible to redeem the available points.

The loyalty program is totally free.
