Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company has launched “Bidaya”, its summer training programme for 2026, which hosts university students and recent graduates from a number of local and international universities. The programme runs for two months from 1 July 2026 and aims to sharpen the participants’ practical skills, give them direct field experience in the workplace and prepare them to enter the job market.

The programme combines on-the-job training, skills development and rotation across the company’s various departments, giving participants a comprehensive view of the nature of work in the financing sector and helping to bridge the gap between academic achievement and labour market requirements.

The launch reflects Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company’s continued commitment to developing young talent in the Kingdom of Bahrain and supporting national workforce development priorities, strengthening its role as an active partner in raising young people’s readiness for the job market in the financing sector. The programme is also a pillar of the company’s People and Corporate Environment strategy, which aims to build a base of qualified talent ready for the requirements of the future.

Ms. Hanan Al Ali, Chief Executive of People and Corporate Environment at Bahrain Commercial Facilities Company, expressed the company’s pride in opening its doors to a select group of promising young talents in the Kingdom through the “Bidaya” programme, noting that the programme reflects the company’s long-term commitment to nurturing local talent and preparing the next generation for promising careers in the financing sector.

This initiative is in line with the company’s focus on investing in human capital and empowering national talent, in keeping with Bahrain Economic Vision 2030, which highlights the role of the private sector in building a productive, sustainable economy led by qualified national staff.
