Before you apply
How is Ijarah different from a conventional mortgage?
With Ijarah Muntahia Bittamleek, we own the property and lease it to you; ownership transfers to you at the end of the term. There is no interest - you pay a transparent rental. All contracts used are approved by the Shariah Supervisory Board.
Can I finance a home I want to build?
Yes - Ijarah can be used to buy, build or extend a home, as well as for flats and land, subject to assessment.
How much can I borrow?
Your indicative amount depends on your income and existing commitments; CBB rules cap total monthly repayments as a share of income (DBR). Use the calculator for an estimate, then request a callback for a personalised figure.
